Black Phenyl Concentrate is used for making Black Phenyl by diluting 9 Litres of water with One Litre of Concentrate to make 10 litres of finished product. Phenyle may be a boring dark Liquid that is used in bogs, Dranage, social unit and lots of spots to kill miniature creature.
