 Takes Rosin And Castor Oil & Heat Till The Mixture Becomes Like Oil |
Make Caustic Soda Solution And Add To Above Mixture. |
After Addition of Caustic Solution Heat The Mixture Till It Becomes Like Soap. |
Continues Heating Till Taking Sample On Paper Should Not Leave Any Oily Stain. |
Then Add Water & Make It Like Liquid Soap. |
During Heating When It Is Boiling Add LCO & M.C.P. |
Stops Heating & Fill The Bottels. |
